Jessica’s journey with the healthcare system began early when she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just six years old. Years later, as the parent of a child with special needs, she experienced firsthand how complicated managing healthcare, insurance, and billing challenges can become.
She understands what it feels like to want to be more than a number—to be a person navigating the system to make the best decisions for yourself or someone you love.
After spending nine years in the financial industry, Jessica combined her knowledge of complex systems, problem-solving skills, and personal healthcare experiences to create Diva Billing.
